Collaborative Career Development
Eight career tracks, 320 hours each, built around teamwork with learners from other fields. Pre-entry and Entry levels.
Program Overview
Our Collaborative Career Development program focuses on teamwork and collaboration among participants. Each learner enrols in one main track and completes all 320 hours in it, in two levels:
- Pre-entry Level (Months 1-4, 160 hrs): foundations for beginners and career-changers, ending with a mini-project and an exit assessment.
- Entry Level (Months 5-8, 160 hrs): job-ready skills, certification preparation and a capstone project, ending with a portfolio.
The collaborative element
- Mixed-track project teams in the Entry level: for example a web, database, cybersecurity and marketing learner launching one mock client's online business together.
- Weekly peer code and design reviews, pair-programming and pair-lab sessions.
- A monthly Tech Clinic where every track showcases its work to the others.
- A final Capstone Showcase with invited employers, partners and clients.
- Communication, CV and portfolio building, freelancing and ethics built into every track.
